Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke and urinary retention in traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (2) The patient had normal urination before the onset of the disease and still had symptoms of urinary retention after the stroke was stable; (3) Those who have had their indwelling urinary catheter removed; (4) Age 18-75 years old; (5) Bladder residual urine volume> 100ml; (6) voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with urinary retention or underlying urination disorders not caused by stroke; (2) Patients with organic lesions of the urinary system or mechanical obstructive lesions; (3) Patients with other serious diseases and primary diseases such as orthostatic hypotension liver and kidney insufficiency severe spinal cord injury prostate cancer and other organ diseases; (4) Those whose skin is red swollen broken and infected during the experiment; (5) Accompanied by consciousness disorder severe cognitive impairment language impairment etc.; (6) Those who have aggravated or died during the treatment and are unable to continue the experiment; (7) Those who receive other therapies or participate in other related research;
