Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Meet the 2019 Stroke diagnostic criteria; 3. Ashworth score>=1 points (Upper or lower limbs); 4. The patient or their legal representative is able and willing to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spasticity is associated with other disease. Such as multiple sclerosis or craniocerebral trauma or spinal cord injury etc.; 2. Spastic limbs are associated with severe musculoskeletal disorders. Such as fractures or amputations or severe arthritis etc.; 3. The skin of Spastic limbs has serious injury or severe infection; 4. Unsuitable for this study due to conscious disorder unstable vital signs or serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 5. Inability to complete the study procedures such as mental or emotional disorders severe audio-visual disorders.
