Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of generalised anxiety disorder in Western medicine and depression in Chinese medicine; 2)14 points<HAMA score=29 points 50 points<SAS score=59 points; 3)18 years old=65 years old and the duration of the disease is =6 months; 4) junior high school or above literacy can cooperate to complete the efficacy assessment; 5) agree to be enrolled according to the requirements of the study plan and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Previously diagnosed with depressive disorder bipolar disorder manic-depressive disorder or other mental disorders; 2)Persons with secondary anxiety due to coronary heart disease Parkinson's disease hypertension hyperthyroidism and other somatic disorders; 3)Persons with combined hepatic and renal insufficiency or major diseases of the cardio-cerebral and cerebral vascular system whose conditions cannot be controlled; 4)Pregnant women; 5)Persons who may have poor adherence to or fear of acupuncture.
