Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between 45 and 60 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 9th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the modified Kupperman score is greater than or equal to 15 points; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-11 generalized anxiety disorder and the HAMA is greater than or equal to 14 points; (4) The patient is in normal spirits and can cooperate with the treatment and referral; (5) Those who did not taken antidepressant anxiolytic or hormonal medication 2 weeks before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those currently participating in other clinical trials; 2) Patients with severe cardiac liver and kidney diseases or serious organic diseases; 3) Pregnant lactating and lactating women and patients with serious suicide attempts or behaviors; 4) Except for nervous system diseases cancer rheumatic immune diseases cardiovascular diseases digestive system diseases urinary system diseases endocrine and other diseases and drug-induced anxiety disorders; 5) Unable to understand the content of the scale and unable to evaluate the efficacy; 6) Patients allergic to acupuncture or who have ever had a acupuncture.
