Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage with a course of illness within one month; 2) The lesion is located in the subcortical unilateral sensory motor pathway (basal ganglia and/or corona radiata); 3) Whether there is a decrease in proprioceptive sensation in the affected limb or not patients with sensory decline need to be evaluated for the presence of deep sensory (position and movement) disorders according to the revised Nottingham Sensory Assessment Scale; 4) Right-handed hand; 5) Age between 35-80 years old gender not limited; 6) The patient has no consciousness disorders the condition is stable and they can understand and cooperate to complete the entire trial; 7) No basic diseases affecting limb sensation and movement such as arthritis arthritis diabetes peripheral neuropathy etc; 8) I haven't taken any psychotropic drugs in the past month. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects 1) Right-handed hand; 2) Age between 35-80 years old gender not limited; 3) No organic or significant functional diseases; 4) No family history of mental or neurological disorders; 5) During the experimental research phase there were no physical discomforts (such as colds headaches coughs etc.);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular digestive renal and hematological disorders; 2) The patient suffers from mental illness; 3) Pregnant lactating and menstruating women; 4) Severe asymmetry of cranial anatomy or clear lesions are found in MRI scans. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: 1) Menstrual women and pregnant and lactating women; 2) Severe asymmetry of cranial anatomical structure or clear other lesions.
