Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of CKD stage 5; 2) aged 18~80 years old, male or female; 3)Elementary school education or above, with a certain level of literacy to complete the scale; 4) Total MMSE score <24; 5) Neurologist has made relevant MCI diagnosis certificate; 6) Subjects voluntarily cooperated with the treatment observation, informed and agreed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who combine with stroke, cerebral aneurysm, cerebral schistosomiasis and other cerebral system diseases or those who have brain structure abnormality confirmed by MRI; 2) Those who combine severe circulatory, respiratory, digestive, and blood system diseases; 3) Those who combine with other psychiatric diseases such as consciousness disorder, anxiety and depression; (iv) Those who have inflammation, ulceration, allergy, or other adverse reactions such as localized redness, swelling, heat and pain in the auricle after treatment 5) Those who are also participating in other Chinese medicine therapy trials.
