Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV criteria for Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D). 2.Age =18 years old, regardless of gender 3.Duration of disease =6 months 4.Voluntarily participating in this clinical study, agreeing to undergo relevant treatments and examinations, being able to adhere to follow-up visits and signing the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants currently diagnosed with coagulation disorders hepatitis HIV or cancer 2.Participants who have undergone major gastrointestinal surgery in the past 3 months 3.Participants who are pregnant or have a fear of needles 4.Participants currently undergoing acupuncture treatment
