Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV criteria for Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D). 2.Between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender 3.Duration of disease =6 months 4.No antidiarrheal drugs, antibiotics, prokinetic agents, or other medications affecting the clinical study have been taken within the past 4 weeks, and no acupuncture or other external treatments have been applied 5.The patient is lucid, responsive, actively cooperative, voluntarily participates in this clinical study, agrees to accept relevant treatment and examination, can adhere to follow-up, and signs informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Organic gastrointestinal diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease intestinal mucosal erosion peptic ulcer peptic bleeding gastrointestinal tumor celiac disease etc.) and some patients (over 50 years of age or with the following warning signs: weight loss of more than 10% within 3 months blood in the stool nocturnal diarrhea or family history of colorectal cancer not caused by hemorrhoids or anal fuses) 2.Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system hematopoietic system endocrine system or systemic failure diabetes with complications malignant tumors and patients with bleeding tendencies 3.Previous history of abdominal surgery (except appendectomy hemorrhoidectomy or polypectomy more than 3 months after surgery) 4.Taking drugs that may affect treatment within 1 month before participating in the trial such as antispasmodic drugs antidiarrhea drugs antidepressants etc. 5.People with obvious mental disorders such as serious physical diseases dementia or illiteracy 6.Patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment 7.Pregnant or lactating women
