35 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female age: 35 ~42 years old; (2) The first or second cycle of IVF/ICSI pregnancy; (3) Both ovaries are present.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Repeated planting failure (under 40 years old at least 3 high-quality pieces transplanted within 3 fresh or frozen cycles Clinical pregnancy has not been achieved after the embryo among which good quality embryos include: day 3 embryos (=8 cells Blastomere size was uniform fragmentation rate <10% and blastocyst (=3BB). (2) PGT assisted pregnancy patients; (3) No Treatment of hydrosalpinx; (4) uncured endometrial disease; (5) Participated in other activities within 1 month before joining the group Clinical trials of drugs.
