Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets KOA's diagnostic criteria for both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, as well as the syndrome of blood stasis and obstruction; 2) Age 45-65 years old, left knee pain, right handedness; 3) Kellgren Lawrence radiological grading is I-II; 4) VAS>3 points, with a course of not less than 3 months; 5) Not received any other treatment in the past 4 weeks; 6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a history of knee trauma and surgery; 2) Patients with tumors tuberculosis osteomyelitis and other diseases in the knee; 3) Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction severe cardiovascular disease diabetes and mental disease that affect massage therapy 4) Those with physical pain caused by other diseases; 5) Individuals with a history of drug allergies; 6) Individuals with MRI contraindications such as locked in fear pacemakers defibrillators stents intrauterine devices etc People with skin damage around the knee joint.7)Patients with skin damage around the knee joint.
