Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets KOA's diagnostic criteria for both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, as well as the syndrome of blood stasis and obstruction; 2) Age 45-65 years old, left knee pain, right handedness; 3) Kellgren Lawrence radiological grading is I-II; 4) VAS>3 points, with a course of not less than 3 months; 5) Not received any other treatment in the past 4 weeks; 6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
