Gold Standard:Diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction:
1) Acute onset
2) Focal neurological impairment (including hemiplegia hemisensory disorder hemiblindness speech disorder vertigo dysphagia ataxia etc.) a few of the total neurological impairment
3) Head CT/MRI showed signs of cerebral infarction
(4) Exclude non-vascular causes
(5) Brain CT/MRI to exclude cerebral hemorrhage
6) The onset time of the last cerebral infarction was greater than or equal to 2 weeks.
In this study the patients head MRI with cerebral infarction sign was the standard.
Index test:The pulse of the patient was collected by the pulse collecting instrument and the diagnosis of cerebral infarction was made by analyzing the pulse information of the patient.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of trial group 1) The patient was identified as cerebral infarction by Zhao Jifu. 2) Can cooperate with researchers to collect basic information and pulse graph. Control group inclusion criteria 1) The patient was identified as non-cerebral infarction by Zhao Jifu. 2) Can cooperate with researchers to collect basic information and pulse graph.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Test group exclusion criteria 1) no head MRI examination; 2) Patients with antiguan pulse oblique flying pulse heart stent etc. are not easy to collect pulse graph. Control group exclusion criteria: 1) No head MRI report within 1 month; 2) Patients with antiguan pulse oblique flying pulse heart stent etc. are not easy to collect pulse graph. Participants are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other drug clinical trials for less than 3 months.
