28 Years to 48 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility 2)All of them are selected to receive IVF-ET due to female tubal factor. 3)Body mass index (BMI) is 18-28kg/m2. 4)Age =28 years old =48 years old. 5)Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) =10IU/L. 6)No follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the three months before treatment. 6)Not using hormone drugs in the three months before the treatment. 7)Comply with the Code of Assisted Human Reproduction Technology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Combined with endometriosis, adenomyosis, ovarian tumour, polycystic ovary syndrome, pelvic inflammatory disease and other diseases affecting ovarian function 2)Infertility caused by genetic factors 3)History of repeated miscarriages, ovarian surgery, radiotherapy for malignant tumours. 4)Autoimmune diseases, endocrine abnormalities, other chronic diseases and serious organic diseases. 5)The female partner's reproductive tract has abnormal anatomical structure and does not have the function of pregnancy. 6)The woman suffers from serious physical or mental diseases that cannot bear pregnancy.
