Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia.2. Patients aged 18 to 65 years (including 18 and 65 years old); 3. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I II ; 4.Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone surgery along the meridian or have local skin infections at the meridian points; 2) Patients with lumbar and back nerve injuries or spinal deformities; 3) Patients with electronic implants such as pacemakers in the body; 4) Patients with a history of diabetes or Raynaud's syndrome; 5) Patients with a history of infectious fever within 4 weeks before surgery; 6) Patients who take temperature regulating drugs within 2 weeks before surgery; 7) Patients with surgery time less than 1 hour or greater than 4 hours; 8) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks.9) Those who cannot cooperate due to various reasons.
