Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of common cold in Western medicine and the duration of illness does not exceed 48 hours; (2) The Chinese medicine diagnosis is exterior wind-cold syndrome; (3) Age between 18 and 65 years old gender is not limited; (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have a combination of lower respiratory tract infections pharyngitis myocarditis and other diseases; (2) Those who took antipyretic and analgesic drugs for the treatment of colds and other drugs with sweating effects within 48 h before enrollment; (3) Those with hepatic dysfunction (AST or ALT values more than twice the upper limit) and severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 ?); (4) Those who have a medically diagnosed depression anxiety disorder or psychiatric illness that would interfere with informed consent or participation in the study; (5) Severe acute or chronic diseases such as malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases; (6) Pregnant and lactating women; (7) Participants in clinical studies of other cold and flu medications or sweating medications within the last 1 month; (8) Allergy or hypersensitivity to known components of the drugs used in this study; (9) Persons with skin lesions that affect sweat collection such as skin diseases or burns in the area where sweat is collected; (10) Suffering from a disease that causes changes in the composition of sweat or abnormal sweat excretion such as cystic fibrosis and Riley-Day syndrome; (11) Any surgical or medical condition that may significantly alter the absorption distribution metabolism or excretion of the study drug including but not limited to (i) following severe gastrointestinal surgery such as gastrectomy gastrointestinal anastomosis or bowel resection records; (ii) history of inflammatory bowel disease within 1 year prior to enrollment; (iii) history of pancreatic injury pancreatitis; and (iv) history of hepatic encephalopathy esophageal varices; (12) Those who are participating in other trials.
