intervention group:oral medication combined with silicone cupping therapy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) In line with the diagnostic criteria of ' blepharospasm ' of modern medicine and the diagnostic criteria of ' blood deficiency stirring wind pattern blepharospasm in traditional Chinese medicine; 2) blepharospasm intensity grade = I ; 3) age = 18 years old, = 65 years old ; 4)Patients did not use drugs to relieve blepharospasm within 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with blepharospasm caused by other eye diseases such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, trichiasis, etc. 2)Localized epilepsy 3)Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction
