Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis is based on the diagnostic criteria for internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids (2020)" of the Colorectal and Anal Diseases Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and those with bleeding or pain are included. (2) Age 18-65 years old. (3) I have not undergone hemorrhoid surgery within one year. (4) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pure external hemorrhoids mixed hemorrhoids with infection or necrosis moderate to severe anemia (below 80g/L) platelet count below 5 × 109/L; (2) Merging other anorectal diseases such as anal fistula anal fissure perianal abscess anorectal tumor ulcerative colitis etc; (3) Legally disabled patients (blind deaf mute intellectually disabled etc.) mentally ill patients etc. (4) Pregnant lactating menstruating women or those with fertility requirements in the past three months. (5) Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse or other lesions that according to the researcher's judgment reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment; (6) Those who have skin lesions wounds infections or deformities related to the area (around the mouth back of the waist and back of the lower leg) treated with manipulation. (7) Patients with malignant tumors severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases hematological diseases infectious diseases liver cirrhosis portal hypertension etc. (8) who participate in other clinical trials within one month.
