Interventions

intervention group1: Oral lactulose (use suppositories if necessary), at the time of the Mao hour (5-7 a.m.), Zhi Shi Tong Fu plaster acupoint application. Oral lactulose: 15 ml per dose, twice daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~80 years old; (2) meeting the above diagnostic criteria for Western medicine and Chinese medicine; (3) Patients or their family members voluntarily participate in the subject and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Constipation caused by various drugs; (2) Constipation caused by organic disease related factors; (3) Inability to comply due to alcohol drug abuse or mental factors; (4) Have a history of abdominal surgery or abdominal skin damage in the past 1 year (5) long-term abuse of laxatives; (6) Communication and cognitive dysfunction; (7) can not take care of themselves (8) Combined with other serious diseases of the whole body requiring emergency treatment
