experimental group:Take Si-wei-Xiao-Pi-Yin Traditional Chinese Medicine granules orally, one dose a day, half an hour after two meals in the morning and evening
control group:Oral Chinese medicine placebo granule, one dose a day, divided into two morning and evening half an hour after meals

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male aged 18-25 years old; (2) Healthy in the past no chronic diseases; (3) Agree to participate in the sample survey and successfully complete the sample survey;(4) Sign informed consent agree to participate in clinical trials and be able to complete follow-up training programs as planned; (5) TCM syndrome differentiation needs to be deficiency syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Can not cooperate with the sampling survey or there are serious psychological disorders; (2) All kinds of injuries such as respiratory tract and digestive tract infection fracture or severe soft tissue injury in the past 1 week; (3) Anemia motor dysfunction chronic heart and lung disease and other important organ diseases in the past; (4) A history of drinking alcohol and taking drugs (including Chinese medicine) within a week; (5) Allergic to any ingredient of Si-wei-Xiao-Pi-Yin
