Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged =18 years and =80 years; (2) fulfilled the diagnostic criteria of CRC; (3) identified by Chinese medicine as having spleen deficiency and qi stagnation or qi and blood deficiency; (4) primary patients with no previous radical or palliative surgery radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (5) received at least 6 courses of intravenous chemotherapy with platinum-based chemotherapy; (6) received postoperative chemotherapy after the completion of the 1st course; (7) scored =3 points in the NRS 2002 score =3 points; (8) PG-SGA score =2 points; (9) patients without mental illness no communication disorders and able to complete questionnaires independently; (10) signing the informed consent form and participating in the study with good adherence and available for follow-up; (11) with an expected survival of more than 3 months and a Karnofsky Functional Status Score of >60 points.
