Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for music intervention: 1) Patients who completed the screening in the first stage. 2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition (ICSD-3); 3) PSQI score > 5 and = 10; 4) Those determined to be the main constitutions with sleep disorders in this study by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Questionnaire; 5) Conscious, able to communicate normally and have a relatively stable condition; 6) Informed consent and voluntarily complete the relevant assessment; 7) Normal hearing and acceptable for intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who cannot cooperate to complete the intervention; 2) Exclude those whose sleep is mainly affected by itching and joint pain; 3) Those with combined malignant tumors, tuberculosis, recent surgeries, severe infections, major mental disorders, etc.; 4) Those who need to take sleep-aid drugs daily; 5) Those who are participating in other clinical trials and have potential impacts on this subject;
