Dexamethasone group (Group D):Dexamethasone 5mg intravenously was administered 30 minutes before anesthesia

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA Grade I to II (2) NYHA Grade I to II (3) patients aged 18 to 75 years; (4) Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5~27.9kg/m2 (based on the body mass index of overweight and obese adults in China); (5) Surgical method: laparoscopic cholecystectomy; (6) Voluntary signing of informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) general anesthesia drug allergy (2) dexamethasone allergy (3) acupuncture point infection or rupture; (4) Abnormal coagulation function; (5) Metabolic diseases; (6) Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs.
