Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the criteria for disease diagnosis; (2) Have low back pain and VAS score: 3-7 points; (3) Age 50-75 years old; (4) Those who can correctly describe their own wishes, voluntarily fill in the informed consent form, and agree to participate in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary osteoporosis such as hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple myeloma; (2) Fresh vertebral compression fracture in the past 3 months; (3) History of taking anti-osteoporotic drugs in the past 6 months (bisphosphonates, denosumabs, calcitonins, etc., calcineur is not in the scope of anti-osteoporosis drugs) (4) Patients with other lumbar diseases such as lumbar muscle strain, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, lumbar spinal narrowness, lumbar tuberculosis, etc.; (5) Patients with kidney stones, herpes zoster and other diseases, or serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or systemic multi-organ failure (6) The head movement amplitude is greater than 2mm; (7) Those who have contraindications to fMRI detection.
