Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Conform to the diagnosis; 2) Age 22-60 years old; 3) Received PELD; 4) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of spinal surgery or a history of severe spinal trauma; 2) Combined with bone tuberculosis tumor severe osteoporosis etc.; 3) Combined with cardiovascular cerebrovascular hematologic digestive and other serious internal diseases or mental illness; 4) Combined with autoimmune diseases reactive diseases acute and chronic infectious diseases.
