Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertension patients were included in the criteria (1) 18 years old = 65 years old, both men and women can; (2) Comply with the international hypertension practice guideline ISH2020 "Essential Hypertension disease diagnostic Criteria"; (3) Have a history of emotional disorders, such as anxiety and depression, SDS and SAS scale standard score of less than 50 points; (4) To correctly understand the significance of this clinical study, there should be good compliance with the observation and evaluation of researchers, and the informed consent should be signed by the patient himself or by the patient's immediate family members on his behalf. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects (1) 18 years old = age = 65 years old, male and female; (2) No history of hypertension; (3) Three routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram in the normal range; (4) No history of emotional disorders, such as anxiety and depression, SDS and SAS scale standard score within 50 points; (5) Good compliance, willing to cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for hypertensive patients (1) Secondary hypertension such as aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, Cushing's syndrome, pregnancy hypertension, etc.; (2) Patients with other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, kidney, retina, peripheral vascular and other complications, diabetes, blood diseases, etc.; (3) Detect local skin damage or other skin problems; (4) Mental disorders and intellectual disabilities can not cooperate with the questionnaire. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects (1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) is participating in other clinical investigators;
