Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male and female subjects aged 35-55 years (including critical values); (2) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 Kg/m2-26 Kg/m2 (including critical values); (3) No history of diabetes, other metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, endocrine system diseases, mental diseases, etc., no obvious brain, heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood diseases, no history of long-term medication (4) No history of allergy or intolerance to the food to be tested; (5) Fasting blood sugar and blood sugar at 120 minutes after taking 75 grams of anhydrous glucose are within the normal range; (6) Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (2) Women who are menstruating; (3) Those who take items related to the function of the test in the short term, which may affect their judgment of the results; (4) Those who the researcher believes need to be excluded due to other reasons;
