Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A: The patient Inclusion criteria: 1) Consistent with the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, CT and/or MRI confirmed lumbar disc herniation, clinical symptoms of leg pain extending below the knee, and consistent with the corresponding imaging nerve root distribution area; 2) Aged from 18 to 70 years old (including 18 and 70 years old); 3) Male or female; 4) those who voluntarily participated in the observation and signed the informed consent; B: Healthy volunteers Inclusion criteria: 1) No obvious lumbar discomfort in the past three months; 2) Aged from 18 to 70 years old (including 18 and 70 years old); 3) Gender is not limited; 4) no lumbar degeneration confirmed by lumbar CT and/or MRI; 5) no skin disease or skin damage on the waist; 6) those who voluntarily participated in the observation and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A: The patient Exclusion criteria: 1) History of lumbar surgery; (2) combined with spinal compression fracture, lumbar spondylolisthesis of grade ? or above, lumbar spondylolysis, lumbar spinal stenosis; 3) spinal tumors; Spinal tuberculosis; Severe osteoporosis (T score =-3.0 or associated with osteoporotic fracture); Diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy; 4) serious skin disease or skin damage on the waist; 5) pregnant and lactating women; 6) patients with severe heart failure, stroke and other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Severe liver and renal insufficiency; 7) Patients with cauda equina nerve damage, lower limb muscle strength = grade 3, or persistent decrease of lower limb motor and sensory function; (8) those who were unable to complete the study due to mental or mental disorders, or those who were blind, deaf or dumb. B: Healthy volunteers Exclusion criteria: 1) Lumbar spine disease diagnosed by outpatient physicians; 2) Inability to complete the study due to mental, cognitive, or emotional disorders.
