Gold Standard:Diagnostic Criteria for Kidney Qi Deficiency in the Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines: Primary symptoms: pain in the lumbar spine
fatigue
edema
distention and fullness in the epigastric region
and low gastric intake. Secondary symptoms: loose stools
frequent urination or nocturia
pale red tongue with thin white moss, may have teeth marks
fine pulse. Diagnostic Criteria: Possessing 2 main symptoms of Kidney Qi deficiency, or 1 main symptom and 2 secondary symptoms.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age = 18 years old; 2) gender is not limited; 3) informed consent to the survey; 4) no serious mental illness, normal comprehension ability can cooperate with the completion of the survey; 5) informed consent of the subjects themselves, and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with mental illnesses who cannot cooperate and cannot properly understand or cooperate in completing the survey; 2) People who have not obtained informed consent; 3) People with major diseases or other complications who cannot cooperate in completing the survey.
