Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for stage 5 chronic kidney disease and the patient's regular hemodialysis treatment time is = 3 months; 2) Gender not limited age = 18 years old and clear consciousness; 3) The patient's severe symptoms such as heart failure respiratory failure electrolyte imbalance and metabolic acidosis have been significantly controlled; 4) The patient is able to cooperate with the doctor's research and the case information is authentic; 5) Diagnosed as complications of maintenance hemodialysis such as pruritus enterorenal syndrome hyperparathyroidism restless leg syndrome etc. Only patients who meet the above five criteria can be included in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to join the study, poor compliance, and failure to receive traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis as required; 2) Individuals with severe mental illness, severe cognitive impairment, or inability to communicate effectively; 3) Those who are critically ill and require emergency treatment (such as mechanically ventilated patients); 4) Clinical data is severely incomplete, making it impossible for researchers to conduct research. Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
