Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:   Meets the diagnostic criteria of IBS Rome IV, diarrhea type 2:   Electronic colonoscopy showed no organic lesions 3:   Understand the research content and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
