60 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Consistent with the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis 2: aged between 60 and 74 years old, living in the place of residence for the last 10 years or more 3: can complete the questionnaire survey and physical examination independently 4: can complete the grip strength test and 6 meters gait speed tester 5: bone mineral density and lumbar MRI examination for nearly three months 6: can cooperate to complete blood sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Unable to stand independently or equipped with devices such as pacemakers, cardiac stents, etc 2: individuals with severe cognitive impairment, mental illnesses, terminally ill patients, or those with severe acute or chronic illnesses 3: individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments, unable to communicate or cooperate.
