50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets both Western medicine diagnostic criteria and Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic criteria. 2. Age between 50 and 80 years old, both genders. 3. Knee joint X-ray Kellgren-Lawrence grade I-III. 4. Clear consciousness, able to answer questions accurately, understand the items of various scales, and complete assessments. 5. Willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of knee joint surgery, significant acute trauma, or presence of knee joint tumors, tuberculosis, or osteomyelitis. 2. Knee arthroscopy within the past 6 months or intra-articular injection of steroids or hyaluronic acid within the past 3 months. 3. Medical conditions or mental states evaluated by a physician that would prevent treatment, including severe acute or chronic organic diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, cerebrovascular system, or hematopoietic system, recent stroke, active cancer, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, or speech communication disorders. 4. Participation in another clinical trial within the past month.
