18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with the diagnostic standards of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the pain site is the upper trapezius muscle. (2) Age > 18 years old, 3 points. (4) Imaging examination (X-ray, CT, MRI), excluding other diseases caused by non-soft tissue origin. (5) Clear awareness, able to express their opinions clearly. (6) Patients who voluntarily participate in clinical trials, have good compliance and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with rheumatism, rheumatoid diseases and ankylosing spondylitis; (2) Patients with a history of muscle diseases such as infection, tumor, or tuberculosis; (3) Patients with acute cervical disc herniation, cervical dislocation, and fracture; (4) Patients with malignant tumors; (5) Patients with blood system diseases; (6) Patients with serious organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney.
