Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above STC diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria; 2) Age 18 ~ 70 years old; 3) No abdominal or pelvic surgery had been performed; (4) Fully understand the research content, research risks and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with outlet obstruction or mixed constipation; (2) Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney, mental diseases and allergies; 3) Long-term use of laxatives, opioids, etc.; 4) refuse to accept acupuncture treatment; 5) Pregnant and lactating women.
