Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) met the above diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; 2) aged =60 years; 3)not engaged in regular exercise in the last three months (at least 3 times per week, at least 20 minutes of regular exercise each time); 4) voluntarily participated in this study by signing an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with musculoskeletal system diseases and other contraindications to the exercise system; 2) Those who are unable to cooperate with the test due to visual-hearing, comprehension disorders, illiteracy, etc; 3) Those with a history of combined dementia, mania, or mental illness; 4) Those who cannot cooperate with the functional assessment due to other functional disorders; 5) Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this study;
