18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine or Western medicine for rotator cuff injury; Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited; 3) Patients in stage II; 4)VAS score < 7 points; 5) no other treatment was given at the same time; 6) Clear mind, stable vital signs; Cooperate with relevant examination and treatment, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) meet the surgical indications; 2) Differential diagnosis of other shoulder diseases, such as acute shoulder injury, shoulder fracture, dislocation, tuberculosis, tumor, apoplexy sequelae, neck shoulder pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, reflex pain caused by other medical diseases; 3)Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unstable vital signs and abnormal consciousness; 4) Patients with coagulation dysfunction and unstable blood sugar control in diabetes mellitus; 5) Pregnant and lactating women; 6) The implementation site is damaged, seriously infected; 7) anesthesia allergy.
