Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the above diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine; (2) Qi deficiency and blood stasis type according to the syndrome diagnostic criteria; (3) patients with unilateral lower limb numbness after onset, with or without abnormal sensations such as heaviness and electric shock; (4) age 40-80 years old, disease duration within 2 weeks to 6 months; (5) patients without moxa smoke allergy, scar constitution and coagulation dysfunction; (6) The patient was in stable condition, conscious, with good cognition and expression ability. He agreed to cooperate with the treatment and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) numbness of limbs caused by non-cerebrovascular diseases or other diseases, such as neck and lumbar diseases, diabetes, vitamin deficiency, metabolic disorders, infection, poisoning, autonomic nerve dysfunction and other diseases; (2) acute stroke or combined with serious life-threatening diseases; (3) visual impairment, confusion, speech difficulties and other obstacles to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; (4) patients receiving treatment in other clinical trials.
