Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First unilateral stroke; (2) More than 2 weeks after stroke; (3) Age range from 40 to 75 years old; (4) Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; (5) Be able to actively cooperate with training and sign informed consent forms; (6) Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for constipation, and constipation occurs after stroke or worsens during this period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with impaired consciousness or reduced intelligence who are unable to communicate; (2) Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and tumors; (3) Constipation secondary to organic diseases (such as endocrine, metabolic, or postoperative diseases); (4) Those who resist acupuncture and are unable to complete treatment; (5) Patients with severe heart disease, liver dysfunction, renal insufficiency, respiratory failure, malignant tumors, mental disorders, etc. who are expected to be unable to complete the entire experiment at the time of onset; (6) Pregnant and lactating women.
