Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)It accords with the diagnosis of Western medicine and the syndrome differentiation standard of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome;2)Age 40-80 male standard;3)International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) > 5 and < 15;4)Course of disease =3 months;5)Stop using a1 blocker drugs for more than 1 month or 5a reductase inhibitors and Chinese medicine for more than 6 months;6)Maximum urine flow rate < 15 mL/s or average urine flow rate < 10mL/s;7)Willing to participate in this experiment, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Prostate cancer, urinary calculi, urinary retention, and oliguria due to acute or chronic kidney failure;2)Upper urinary tract obstruction with hydrops and impaired renal function due to BPH;3)Gonorrhea, urinary infection caused by frequent urination;4)Upper urinary tract obstruction with hydrops and impaired renal function due to BPH;5)B ultrasound found obvious bladder diverticulum;6)Failure to receive invasive BPH therapy;7)Have a history of pelvic surgery or injury affect local organs, muscles, nerves and other functional status;8)Accompanied by liver, cardio-cerebrovascular and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, or abdominal aortic aneurysm, liver and spleen abnormal enlargement;9)With cognitive impairment, mental disorders, unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment;10)Coagulopathy or long-term use of anticoagulants such as warfarin sodium, Dabigatran and other patients;11)Severe fear of needles or allergies to metal needles.
