Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-65 years old; (2) patients who met the diagnostic criteria of IBS-D overlapping FD; (3) identification of liver-depression-spleen-deficiency syndrome, spleen-stomach-damp-heat syndrome; (4) normal cognitive function, no dyslexia; able to actively cooperate with the participation of the research study; and (5) those who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal and other major organ diseases, haematopoietic, neurological or psychiatric disorders, etc.; (2) Patients with serious complications or organic diseases of the oesophagus, stomach or intestines; (3) Patients undergoing surgery or other stressful situations; (4) Patients who have taken or have been taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or glucocorticoids for a short period or for a long period of time; (5) Patients who have been taking pro-dynamic drugs in the last month; (6) Pregnant women or lactating women; (7) Patients who are allergic to the study drug.
