Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2: 2) over the age of 18; 3: 3)Moderate or significant clinical manifestations of knee pain for most of the past month; 4: 4)Average visual analogue scale (VAS) score =4 points in the past 1 week; 5: 5) The patient himself signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: 1) Patients with diabetes, cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 2: 2) Severe acute and chronic organic or psychoneurotic diseases, such as epilepsy, severe anxiety/depression; 3: 3) Pregnant and lactating women; 4: 4) Join other clinical investigators within the last 3 months 5: 5) Anyone who has any of the above criteria should be excluded
