Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) as indicated by chest CT (single lesion with a diameter less than or equal to 3 cm); 2. Patients who can undergo thoracoscopic surgical resection after dynamic follow-up; 3. Age between 18 and 75 years; 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG PS) score of = 2; 5. No history of pulmonary tumors; 6. Patients demonstrate good compliance, can understand the details of this study, and are able to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to tolerate surgery. 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 3. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, or hematologic system. 4. Patients with a history of uncontrolled psychiatric disorders.
