Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years 2. Patients with atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia confirmed by pathology 3. Those with certain reading ability, willing to cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of gastric surgery 2. Combined with autoimmune gastritis (type A chronic atrophic gastritis), peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis, gastric polyps, hypertrophic gastritis, ulcerative colitis 3. Suspected gastric cancer or other serious digestive system diseases, such as biliary tract, pancreas and other organic lesions 4. Serious primary diseases with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs 5. People with severe cognitive impairment 6. Pregnant or lactating women
