Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and insomnia; 2) Insomnia symptoms occur after stroke; 3) Age range: 25-85 years old and in the recovery period of stroke (with a course of 1-6 months); 4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index>7 points; 5) Those who have not taken sedatives or hypnotic drugs within 2 weeks; 6) The patient and their family members give informed consent, and the patient voluntarily participates in this study and actively cooperates.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients in the acute phase of stroke with unstable condition; 2) Patients with severe organ dysfunction (such as heart and brain), malignant tumors, psychiatric disorders (such as epilepsy), coagulation dysfunction, etc Individuals with severe consciousness disorders or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate; 3) People who are afraid of needles, dizziness, and bleeding; 4) Other conditions such as extreme weakness, skin damage, and the presence of infected individuals; 5) Patients deemed unsuitable by various researchers to participate in the study.
