Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria had informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study. (Diagnostic criteria: the diagnostic criteria of precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa was based on the 2017 Chinese Medical Association Consensus on Chronic Gastritis, combined with endoscopy and pathological diagnosis, and the final diagnosis was based on pathological diagnosis, namely chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia); 2) The age of patients ranged from 18 to 70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to accept 6-month follow-up; 2) serious brain or mental illness affecting the patient's ability to report; 3) gastric cancer; 4) combined with malignant tumors; 5) patients with other digestive system diseases; 6) complicated with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 7) Pregnant or lactating women.
