Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Diagnostic criteria, in accordance with the above Chinese and western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine classic work with physical and mental medicine, by preliminary screening, a classic of traditional Chinese medicine practitioner medicine doctor further diagnosis of body and mind, diagnosed with depression; 2: Age 18 and 44 years of age or less or more; 3: Symptom duration of 2 weeks or more; 4: When the patient has both depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms, if the diagnosis of depression is met, it should be diagnosed as depression first. If there is no causal link comorbid diagnosis 5: Ward and outpatient medical records, prescription data integrity 6: Patients' informed consent and fit well.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Do not accord with standard of the Chinese and western medicine diagnosis 2: Medical records is not complete 3: Somatic diseases caused by depression disorder (depression) for organic 4: Patients with substance-induced depressive disorders 5: Schizophrenia 6: Patients with bipolar disorder 7: Those who are unable to cooperate, such as those who are too low in education to fill in the scale or questionnaire, or refuse to fill in the scale or questionnaire, etc 8: Without patient consent
