Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis was consistent with the International Standard for the neurological Classification of spinal cord Injury (revised in 2019). The urodynamic examination indicated the presence of detrusor hyperreflexes or detrusor weakness, and the diagnosis was neurogenic bladder. The vital signs were relatively stable, and the spinal shock stage had passed. Cooperate with and voluntarily accept the project research, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney and other basic diseases and the disease is unstable; Severe cognitive impairment; In the past, there were severe hydronephrosis, cystostomy, urethro-anterior sphincterotomy, etc. Intolerant to this treatment.
