Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Were aged 60 years or older, irrespective of gender. -Experiencing nocturnal awakenings to urinate two or more times per night, with symptoms persisting for more than six months. -Have not received other treatments for nocturia, or those who have undergone other treatments for more than three months but continue to experience nocturia two or more times per night. -Are capable of verbal communication, can adhere to the planned treatment regimen, are willing to cooperate with clinical observations, and have provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Poorly controlled diabetes, diabetes insipidus, primary polydipsia, heart failure, or renal failure, as these conditions can lead to a significant increase in urine output. -Acute infections of the urinary system. -Using diuretics or other medications that affect urination. -Severe sleep disorders that interfere with the collection of sleep data by wearable devices. -Hematological disorders, urinary tract tumors, other systemic malignant tumors, mental disorders, limited mobility, cognitive impairments, or any other conditions that render them unsuitable for or unable to cooperate with the treatment.
