Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for diabetes and myopenia; (2) Age range from 50 to 70 years old; (3) Those with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; (4) I or my family sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with sarcopenia caused by diseases such as hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, and rheumatic diseases; (2) Subjects who have been taking hormones and other drugs for a long time; (3) Patients with disuse muscular atrophy caused by long-term bed rest of diabetes foot; (4) Patients with physical disabilities that affect grip strength and walking speed or normal sitting up; (5) Pregnant and lactating women.
