Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for appellate sarcopenia; 2) Age = 60 years; 3) Not engaged in regular exercise (at least 3 times a week, each time at least 20 minutes) in the last three months; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with musculoskeletal system diseases and other contraindications to exercise; 2) Those who are unable to cooperate with the test due to visual-hearing, comprehension disorders, illiteracy, etc; 3) Those with a history of combined dementia, mania, or mental illness; 4) Other functional disorders that make the functional assessment unable to cooperate; 5) Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this study;
