Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis; 2. It meets the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of TangYuXueNing; 3. Aged 18-65 years old; 4. Onset of disease for more than 6 months; 5. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. TCM syndrome elements are complex and the type of syndrome cannot be clearly identified; 2. Under 18 years old or over 65 years old, or pregnant, breastfeeding women, allergic; 3. Patients with chronic pharyngitis accompanied by significant enlargement of the tonsils, chronic inflammation of the lower respiratory tract, and chronic diseases of the larynx (such as chronic laryngitis, laryngeal cough); 4. Pharyngeal symptoms or inflammation caused by measles, scarlet fever, influenza, agranulocytosis, infectious mononucleosis, leukemia, etc.; 5. Patients whose pharyngeal symptoms are confirmed by examination to be caused by other hidden diseases of nasopharynx, larynx, larynx, esophagus, trachea, neck and whole body; 6. Severe liver damage and abnormal kidney function; Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems and malignant tumors; Unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate due to a combination of neurological or mental disorders; HIV, syphilis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; 7. Patients who have recently used other Chinese and Western drugs to treat the disease and participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month
